MONTHLY UNLIMITED CONTRACT
Nickelz Production's Monthly Unlimited Contracts are recommended for dance students who know they are committed to taking weekly adult drop-in hip hop classes for an extended period of time. The monthly unlimited contract gives students an additional discount on their purchase of the monthly unlimited membership card. Nickelz Production offers two types of contracts: the 3-month contract and the 6-month contract.
Terms/Conditions:
The monthly unlimited contract will take effect starting the month that the customer indicates in the form below. Every month that the contract is in effect, the customer will be sent an invoice via email to pay the exact amount as previously determined by Nickelz Production Dance Studio. The invoice must be paid in full before that month's end.
If for some reason, the customer is unable to continue taking classes during the remainder of the months that the contract is still in effect, he/she WILL STILL BE OBLIGATED to make monthly payments until the contract ends.
